hi i was looking for a magnetic gps tracking device with real time or a couple of minutes off. i need 1 that i can just mount on a car and monitor it from a laptop or pc with no monthly fee

    i guess there are gps tracker without monthly fee . you may want to visit 88db website

    I believe that there are smart phone programs that will do this. But you’ll still have to pay your carrier for the data connection and dedicate a cell phone to it.

    The device must send data, typically via cellular carrier, so there really isn’t any way around this cost.
